We want you to love your manicure as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that don't meet your holographic expectations. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer loyalty team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the specific items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully secure your items in the original shipping box to prevent breakage during transit and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned lacquer, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
